NAEC® maintains the highest standards of excellence throughout our selection process.  Applicants are observed and evaluated on their ability to carry out the NAEC® mission and philosophy thru interaction with students.  We look for strong references, high moral standards, knowledge gained from education and experience, and a passion for developing others.  All NAEC® consultants are required to participate in continuing professional education and training, as well as ongoing evaluations.   

Every member of the NAEC® Consultant Team completes a thorough application and screening, and undergoes a 90 day training period.
