  1. PRIVACY POLICY:  We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not acquire any more information than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to ensure security and quality customer service. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. This information is used strictly by Fun With Phonics® for research and/or contact purposes. We will only provide individually-identifiable information to third parties if compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governing authority or if it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.   2. SECURITY POLICY:  Your payment and personal information are always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

  3. SHIPPING POLICY:  All Fun With Phonics products are shipped via DHL or United States Parcel service. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

  4. REFUND POLICY:  We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on almost every product we offer. Please call customer service at 1-888-488-6232 in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. All refunds will be provided to your original form of payment when the original packing slip is presented. You will receive credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. This guarantee is subject to the following exceptions:

    • Items must be returned in their original condition and mailed through DHL or United States Parcel Service.
    • Items must be returned with the original packing slip.
    • All orders must be returned in their entirety.
    • Bulk orders are non-returnable.
    • We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) obtained within 30 days of your purchase date.
    • We are unable to accept returns if items are shipped after 30 days from the date indicated on your packing slip.
    • Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
    • We are unable to accept returns if NAEC ® has reason to believe copyrighted information has been duplicated or copied.
    • If we are unable to deliver any products within eighty (80) days of the date you place your order, NAEC® will cancel the purchase order and make a full refund of all fees or other monies you have paid for such products. All refunds will be provided to your original form of payment. You will receive credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
