Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made by phone ten business days prior to course date or scheduled service date.  After the cancellation deadline, all payments are non-refundable.  Workshop tuition credit will be issued toward future National Academy workshops offered within twelve months of such cancellation.  Please allow thirty days to process refund requests.  All NSF checks will be subject to a $35 service charge and 1/2 percent interest until collection.
